Since Soul of Baramos' highest damage moves are Kaboom and Inferno, you'll want to counter this by using equipment that resists Fire and Spell damage. Make sure you do this so that you don't have to waste extra turns and MP healing.

The Hero's Shield and Auroral Armour are extremely powerful Hero-exclusive equipment.
On top of wearing Fire and Spell resistant equipment, you should also cast Magic Barrier and Insulatle to further reduce the damage of Kaboom and Inferno respectively.
The two Ashdemons have a very annoying supportive movepool so you want to prioritize killing them first with the Hero using either Kazap or Gigaslash. Make sure to do this since the fight can get out of hand if they're left alive.
If you have the Ripple of Disruption ability from the Martial Artist, you should use it whenever the Ashdemons cast a buff. This is especially important if both of them use Kabuff on the same turn since it will maximize their defenses.
However, this is unlocked at Level 43 and it may be out of reach unless you've been farming EXP.
Ripple of Disruption Effects and Level Learned
If you don't have access to Ripple of Disruption, you can use stat lowering spells and abilities, like Kasap and Attack Attacker, instead.
Since half of Soul of Baramos' moves are spells, you want to seal them either with Fizzle or by using either a Staff of Antimagic or the Staff of Rain. However, he can still use Inferno so make sure you have Insulatle up for this.
Besides sealing their spells, you can also put Soul of Baramos to sleep. It's recommended to use the Duplic Hat and Snooze combo to cast it twice a turn, but you can also abilities and items, like Sleepy Slap and a Snooze Stick, instead.
If you want to nearly guarantee that they'll be put to sleep, you can use the Wild Side ability from Monster Wranglers to perform an action twice. If you combine this with a Duplic Hat, you'll be able to cast Snooze four times a turn!
