Phantom Ship Location
Spawn the Phantom Ship
You can spawn the Phantom Ship with a Pirate's Bone which is obtained by exchanging it for the Change Staff from the old man in Greenlad. Afterward, follow the coordinates to the sea southeast of Portoga where the ship will appear.
