Seeds Are Recommended to Increase Stats For Hero
It is recommended that you use the seeds to increase the stat values of the Hero, given that your companions can still raise their stats by changing job classes. The Hero cannot change jobs by default, so seeds are more of use for the main character.
Hero Job Class and Best Personality
Consider Using Seeds For Companions That Won't Benefit Hero
Although it is recommended to use most of your seeds for the Hero, seeds types that are not very useful for the Hero can be used by other companions in your party.
Seeds of Wisdom are more useful for your spellcasters, so try using the seeds on your Mages, Priests, or Sages in your party.
