With the usage of Seeds, Male party members can now obtain the Vamp personality in Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake.

When to Change Class and Vocation
Not having a Monster Wrangler on your team will make friendly monster recruitment harder. Be sure not to change your Monster Wrangler if you're focusing on these for the Monster Arena.
DQ3 All Friendly Monster Locations
Monster Wrangler is a new job class that uses moves from monsters they've captured.
Their skillset is unique, given that they require the capture of monsters to increase their utility in battle.
Best Party: Best Starting Party Members
Monster Wranglers can also capture monsters so that you can use them for specific purposes, although what you'll be able to do with these captured monsters is not yet specified.
It can be inferred from the previous installments and spin-off series Dragon Quest Monsters that you can make them join your party and fight alongside you.
All Friendly Monster Locations
Although the Monster Wrangler is a new job class for Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, its concept is not new to the Dragon Quest franchise.
In previous games such as Dragon Quest VI and Dragon Quest X, the vocation has been called Monster Master and their abilities originate from monsters they've captured.
It can be speculated that both the Monster Wrangler and Monster Master might share the same skillset, and require monsters to enhance their efficiency in battle.
