Behind Alltrades Abbey, you will find an NPC named Healizah that will offer to change your party's appearance in exchange of gold. Speak to her to start the process of changing your party member's appearance.
Alltrades Abbey Map and Available Items
Healizah will ask which party member you want to customize and you will be able to change their appearance, hair color and voice. Afterwards, you will pay 100 gold to Healizah in exchange for the new look.
Defeating Xenlon in the main campaign will unlock customization for the Hero, allowing Healizah to change your Hero's hair color however you will not be able to change his voice with her.

Exploring the exterior of Alltrades Abbey will let you run into Healizah. Alltrades Abbey wil also allow you to change Vocations of your party member if you enter the Abbey and speak to the priest inside.
