Behind Alltrades Abbey, you will find an NPC named Healizah that will offer to change your party's appearance in exchange of gold. Speak to her to start the process of changing your party member's appearance.

Choose the Character That You Want to Customize

Healizah will ask which party member you want to customize and you will be able to change their appearance, hair color and voice. Afterwards, you will pay 100 gold to Healizah in exchange for the new look.
