How To Get Thief's Key
Talk to Old Man in Dreamer's Tower
Talking to the Old Man at the end of Dreamer's Tower will let you receive the Thief's Key from him as a reward from conquering the Dreamer's Tower.
This allows the party to open the Red Door in Reeve as mentioned by the old man.
