You can heal your party in the game by accessing the Main Menu, and proceeding towards Miscellaneous. From there, you can either choose to Heal All or Handy Heal All members of your party.
Heal All quickly restores your party's HP, while Handy Heal All aims to recover your character's HP efficiently. Choose between the two which you think fit your current situation in the game.
If you choose the Dracky Quest Mode at the start of the game, then the abovementioned healing options are unnecessary as you will not be able to die during battles when playing in this difficulty.
Best Difficulty Setting and Differences
Characters can restore their full HP once they've leveled up in the game. This feature can help you grind XP and level up your characters without needing to worry about managing your HP from exploring.

Medicinal Herb is an item that restores some of your HP, so make sure to collect them when exploring dungeons and visiting towns to help you recover in battle.
