Solve the Poet's Cipher Text for an Item

Lozamii Poet Location
After clearing the game, head to the Zenith Castle and talk to the bard in the eastern hut and receive a mysterious coded message. There are three codes in total, and solving them all will yield an important item, so players may give it a try.
