Players can obtain the Rip-Off Merchant Trophy through Asham's equipment shop found in the upper left of the town.
All items found in the shop are very expensive so buy the items that are on sale.
When picking an item you want to purchase, you can bargain with the shopkeep three times to get the lowest price.
He will insist first on the expensive price, and when you decline, he will offer a second discount, cutting the price by half. If you still decline the price, he will cut his price again, telling you that you will put him out of business if you bargain more.
Purchasing the item at third bargain price will give you the Rip-Off Merchant trophy.
