To get this weapon, you first need to defeat the final boss of the game.

Reach Chapter 3's Secret Area

Black Myth Wukong - Chapter 3 Secret Area

Once you've defeated the final boss, continue playing through your initial save by selecting Continue Journey in the main menu. You do not need to make a New Game Plus save, so do not choose Enter a New Cycle.

After loading your save, travel back to Chapter 3's The Great Pagoda Shrine and head to the staircase. You'll then be transported to Chapter 3's secret area.

Defeat the Bosses

Black Myth Wukong - Chapter 3 Secret Area Bosses

Once you're in Mount Mei, which is the secret area, follow the path to get your next set of challenges, which is fighting Erlang, the Sacred Divinity, The Four Heavenly Kings, and Erlang Shen.

You need to beat these bosses to clear the secret area, which also unlocks the Tri-Point Double-Edged Spear and the Azure Dome transformation.

Just wanted to express I reached this place in chapter 5 BEFORE defeating the Red Boy. I believe you may just need to have done all the secret areas? I just had finished Bishiu Cave
