Pull for Blue Orbs!
Blue Orbs have the best value on this banner with both Legendary Shez (F) and Fallen Dedue colorsharing Blue.
Shez is the featured unit due to her new weapon refine which vastly improves her offensive potential and inflicts relevant debuffs onto her foes, while Dedue is a Rearmed Hero that can be used to duplicate rare skills while also being viable on the battlefield as a tank unit.
The other colors all have outdated units, with the exception of Fallen Alear (F) who is still a good Savior Tank unit. However, she is available in the regular summoning pool, and shouldn't be prioritized here.

Unless you need merges for either Legendary Shez (F) in Arena or Fallen Dedue to duplicate rare skills, we do not recommend summoning on this banner.
The heroes on this banner apart from those two are quite outdated compared to modern metagame heroes, with the exception of Fallen Alear (F) who remains viable. However, Alear is available in the regular summoning pool, thus we do not recommend pulling for her here.
We recommend saving your orbs for the upcoming Legendary, Mythic, and Emblem Heroes banner instead.
