Pull for Legendary Hinoka!

Legendary Hinoka is the newest unit on this banner. Her Fujin-Raijin Yumi grants multiple effects that make her a strong offensive unit, while her Rallying Cry C skill grants multiple buffs to herself and her allies while debuffing multiple foes across a long distance.

She also comes with the much-anticipated Wings of Mercy 4 which improves upon the original Wings of Mercy 3 by increasing the warp threshold to 60%, allowing warping to two spaces away from allies under the threshold, and allowing warping to nearby allies as long as those allies aren't at full HP.
