Legendary Hinoka is the newest unit on this banner. Her Fujin-Raijin Yumi grants multiple effects that make her a strong offensive unit, while her Rallying Cry C skill grants multiple buffs to herself and her allies while debuffing multiple foes across a long distance.
She also comes with the much-anticipated Wings of Mercy 4 which improves upon the original Wings of Mercy 3 by increasing the warp threshold to 60%, allowing warping to two spaces away from allies under the threshold, and allowing warping to nearby allies as long as those allies aren't at full HP.

The heroes here are powerful, but we do not consider any of them as must-haves. Legendary Robin (M) is probably the strongest hero here, but color-sharing with base Dagr may lead to disappointment.
