City of the burrowers, keepers of the huge tunnel. Most of the stubborn excavators who supported the soldiers of Boletaria had their souls taken. Lacking their own will, they mindlessly continue working.

The Tunnel City... Below the smithing grounds lies a huge tunnel worthy of its name. It's said a dragon's grave is in the deepest part of the molten area.

How to Beat Scale Miner (Pickaxe)

As a general rule, most Scale Miners be docile and spend their time mining, This makes them incredibly vulnerable to critical attacks so using daggers or other dexterity weapons can make short work of them.

Scale Miner Pickaxe

The Pickaxe users have high damage but has a very slow windup attack. This makes their attack pretty obvious but hard to parry. When they prepare for aggro, roll behind them and aim for a backstab.

Scale Miner Sack and Fists

Thes Scale Miners will not aggro you unless you damage them first (normally at least). Use a backstab to immediately dispatch them. This is especially true for those that carry a sack since they carry several weapon crafting materials.

Scale Miner Rock Thrower

The Rock Throwers can only be encountered at the start of Stonefang Tunnel 2-1. They will be throwing rocks (duh) at you from atop the entrance of the tunnel. Time your sprint when the rock has just landed to enter the mine.
