Backtrack From the Old Hero Archstone

If you've already taken down the Old Hero, simply teleport to his Archstone in the Shrine of Storms and make your way back to the room full of Slugs. You'll find this along with Hiltless on a corpse.

Kill Scirvir

If you attain Pure White World Tendency in Stonefang Tunnel, Scirvir can be found in human form. Striking him down will get you the Ronin Ring.
