This weapon focuses primarily on making your Miracles deal out the highest damage. However, it is considerably weak and if you really want to go for a high damage Talisman, the Talisman of Beasts will be better.
While weak, there is a benefit of having this weapon. You can trade it for a Colourless Demon Soul from Sparkly the Crow in Shrine of Storms 4-1. Drop the Talisman near Sparkly's tree and return to find the Colourless Demon Soul, useful for upgrading special weapons.
