Conde will give you unique comments when wearing the Silk Pajamas if you talk to him after the events of the Rift on Holy Mount Lanayru main quest.
After you've completed the Dohna's Challenge Side Quest, you will obtain the Silk Pajamas Accessory once you've opened the last treasure chest in the treasury.
