Out of Bubble Kelp is a Side Quest that can be started in Seesyde Village in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom (EoW). Learn more about how to unlock the Out of Bubble Kelp side quest, as well as its walkthrough and rewards.

Talk to the Business Scrub at Seesyde Village near the waterfall.
When asked to part with three pieces of Bubble Kelp, choose Got 'em!
After giving the Business Scrub some Bubble Kelp, the quest will be complete.

| 1 |  Completing the Grilled Fish Delivery side quest will reward Zelda with 10 pieces of Bubble Kelp that can be used to immediately finish the Out of Bubble Kelp side quest. |
| 2 |  Another option is to buy some Bubble Kelp at Zora Cove for 25 rupees each! Buy three pieces of Bubble Kelp, then talk to the Business Scrub at Seesyde Village again. |
Bubble Kelp Locations and How to Get
You will be rewarded with twenty rupees as soon as you finish the Out of Bubble Kelp side quest. Rupees are valuable currency used to buy ingredients, equipment, armor, weapons, and upgrades!
Completing the quest also allows you to make smoothies at this Smoothie Shop by talking to the Business Scrub. If it's your first time making a smoothie, another side quest called Recipes, Please will be unlocked!
