From the room where you moved a large boulder to reveal a ladder going down, descend to find Strandtula enemies scattered around, hanging from their webs.

How to Beat Strandtulas

Summon A Sea Urchin Echo

Since Strandtulas remain hanging from their webs and won't attack beyond their web line, an easy strategy is to summon a Sea Urchin echo.

Wait for the Strandtulas to come down, and the Sea Urchin’s spikes will continuously damage them, preventing them from climbing back up.

After Tri reaches Level 8, this echo, along with a few others, will have its cost reduced to 1, allowing you to summon it with one less Triangle.
