From the room where you moved a large boulder to reveal a ladder going down, descend to find Strandtula enemies scattered around, hanging from their webs.

How to Beat Strandtula

Summon A Sea Urchin Echo

Since Strandtulas remain hanging from their webs and won't attack beyond their web line, the best strategy is to summon a Sea Urchin echo.

Wait for the Strandtulas to come down, and the Sea Urchin’s spikes will continuously damage them, preventing them from climbing back up.
