Found in the room where you have to defeat all Deku Babas to open the door.

Required to Complete Endless Stomach Side Quest

To complete the Endless Stomach side quest and build the High-Teku Baba automaton, you need to talk to Dampe.

He will request a specific Echo, a creature that swallows things whole with its massive jaws, which refers to either Deku Baba or its other variants, Bio Deku Baba, and Deku Baba Lv. 2.

This Echo costs 2 ▼ to summon.

After Tri reaches Level 4, this echo, along with a few others, will have its cost reduced to 1, allowing you to summon it with one less Triangle.
