Cave Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
While you're descending down the open cave in the second area, you'll find three Croagunk singing near the river. While playing the Melody, hit them with fluffruits in this order: middle, top, bottom.
This will make them laugh(?) and float in the air. Take a picture of any of the Croagunk in the air to get the 4-star snap.
Completing this request will reward you with the Professor Mirror (Smiling) Profile Icon.

Just wanted to note that I was able to clear this request without using the Melody, just by hitting them with the fluffruits in that order.
