Metroid Dread has no secret ending. Completing the final boss without taking any damage, collecting all of the items, or clearing the game under a certain time period makes no difference.
While the cinematics for the game will not change for any of these conditions, they are conditions that need to be met in order to gain Ending Rewards and Chozo Archives in the Gallery.

The post credits scene has Samus, back in her Power Suit from the start of the game, striking one of her signature poses. As she eases up, the camera zooms in on her visor, and her eyes then become visible. After giving a serious look, she then looks away, no doubt ready for her next mission. The scene will be followed be a Clear Time screen, showing how long it took for you to complete Metroid Dread in this playthrough, followed by a “See you next mission!” message.
Play Time: How Long to Beat Metroid Dread
ADAM explains that Samus Aran has become a Metroid due to her Metroid DNA being awakened. Normally, this would have happened immediately because of a DNA transplant. However, her Thoha Chozo genes have slowed down the process of her transformation since the Thoha is the only tribe capable of controlling the Metroids.
ADAM also tells Samus that although she possesses Thoha DNA, she is not completely a Thoha. Her physical capabilities suggest that she also possesses Mawkin DNA, the warrior clan of Chozo.
Metroids are programmed to identify Mawkins as enemies. Samus' transformation into a Metroid was triggered by Raven Beak's attack on her at the start of the game. This resulted in activating the Metroid DNA's killer instinct within her.
After ADAM explains Samus' transformation into a Metroid, he then asks Samus to submit to him to help bring peace to the galaxy. Samus rejects the offer by shooting at ADAM only to reveal an illusion created by Raven Beak.
It is then revealed that when Samus was implanted with Chozo DNA, Raven Beak was the donor. This makes him, in a sense, the father to Samus. He even refers to her as his daughter.
Samus then faces her father Raven Beak in combat. After the 3rd phase, a cutscene is shown where Raven Beak has seemingly beaten Samus. He chokes her until she faints, but then suddenly she fully awakens along her Metroid DNA.
Samus' suit transforms into the Metroid Suit and she begins to absorb Raven Beak's and the ship's energy. The ship crashes back onto ZDR and Raven Beak is attacked by an X Parasite, transforming him into the monsterous Raven Beak X. Using the energy absorbed from Raven Beak, Samus uses the newly acquired Hyper Beam to blow Raven Beak X away and escape from the planet before it explodes.
How to Beat Raven Beak
Upon reaching her ship, Adam warns Samus that she will be unable to touch the ship without asorbing its energy due to her fully awakened Metroid DNA and Metroid Suit. Suddenly, the X Parasite form of Quiet Robe appears behind Samus. He seems to retain his memories, and bows to Samus before removing the Metroid Suit, allowing her to control her ship and escape Planet ZDR.
I 100%ed it and it’s the same ending. You only unlock the chozo memories
