Key Strategies

Drogyga Boss Tips
Shoot at Drogyga's top tentacle until it retracts.

Shoot Charge Beams at the buttons on either side of the room to drain water out.

Attack the core of the dehydrated Drogyga until it shrivels up.

Stop Drogyga from Absorbing Energy

Dread - Shoot Top Tentacle.gif
Continuously shoot the Drogyga's top tentacle which is sucking out energy from the room. This will allow the turbines to return to an operational state.

Drain the Water

Dread - Fully Charged Beam at the Green Button.gif
With Drogyga's tentacles retracted, power should return to the two buttons on either side of the room. Shoot each button with a fully charged beam to drain the water from the room.

Dread - Grapple Beam Across the Room.gif
After shooting the first button, latch on to the magnetic strip overhead to make your way across to the other side of Drogyga.

Dread - Drain the Water.gif
If you make it in time fast enough, you can shoot the button on this side with a fully charged beam as well to drain the room of water.

Otherwise, Drogyga will refill the room with water and you'll have to stop Drogyga from draining the energy again.

Attack Drogyga's Core

Dread - Drogyga - Attack the Core.gif
With the water out of the room, Drogyga will be dehydrated. Shoot missiles at it's core to deal heavy damage before it recovers.

If Drogyga recovers, the room will refill with water. Simply repeat the steps as necessary until this underwater menace shrivels up in defeat.
