1 | ![]() Locate the Central Unit in Ferenia and defeat it to gain the Omega Cannon. |

2 | ![]() Exit the Central Unit Room to engage the Purple EMMI in battle. Melt its protective coating using the Omega Stream. Once it's exposed, aim the Omega Blaster to its head to destroy it. |

Wave Beam allows Samus to shoot energy wave that can pass through solid walls and terrain.
Wave Beam Covers can only be destroyed using the Wave Beam Upgrade. After destroying them, they revert back to regular Power Beam Door.
After you obtain the Wave Beam in Ferenia, take the elevator back up to Hanubia. You can now open he Wave Beam Cover Doors to proceed to the Red EMMI scene and the Red Chozo Soldier boss fight in the lower section of Hanubia. Defeat this boss to obtain the Power Bomb upgrade.
