Location | Ghavoran |
Pulse Radar is located in the northern area of Ghavoran.
1 | Exit the Red Teleportal. From the red teleportal in Cataris, use the Bomb to create an opening. |

2 | Enter the narrow passage to the extreme heat area. Climb up until you see the narrow passage to the extreme heat area. Slide through or use the Morph Ball. |
3 | Travel through the room and use the Grapple Beam. Continue forward and jump up to the platform above. Use the Grapple Beam to the blue magnetic surface and shoot forward to make an opening. |
4 | Enter the narrow passage to the Orange Teleportal. Use the Morph Ball to reach the orange teleportal. This will take you to Ghavoran. |
5 | Exit the Teleportal. Open up the Charge Beam Door to exit. |
6 | Drop down the narrow passage. Follow the narrow path to the Missile Tank. After getting the Missile Tank, do not drop down. Instead, grab the left ledge and roll till you fall through the Pitfall Block. |
7 | Slide under the sealed door and gain the ability upgrade. Slide under the sealed door. You will automatically gain the ability after the cutscene. |
Hold the Right Directional Pad (D-Pad) to activate the Pulse Radar. This will fully consume your Aeion gauge so use it wisely.
With the Pulse Radar ability, Samus can emit special soundwaves to scan her immediate surroundings.
Pulse Radar sends out a pulse of Aeion to find hidden, destructible walls within Samus’ vicinity. Use this ability to find hidden secrets!
