Speed Booster | ● Allows Samus to reach super speeds ● Can destroy obstacles in a horizontal direction ● Can damage enemies |
Shinespark | ● Launches Samus upwards ● Can destroy obstacles in a vertical direction ● Can damage enemies |
Screw Attack | ● Can destroy Screw Attack Blocks ● Can damage enemies |
Space Jump | ● Can spin jump infinitely with the right timing |
Spin Boost | ● Adds an additional jump during a spin jump |

To get Screw Attack, take the far-right teleportal in Cataris. Destroy the Grapple Beam Block to exit the room. After exiting the room, use the Plasma Beam, open up the Plasma Beam Door on the left and drop down and destroy the item sphere.

Just before the chamber that contains Space Jump, destroy the storm missile box and the missile door in Ferenia to get the upgrade.

In Ghavoran, go underwater, go through a narrow passage that leads you to a morph ball launcher. After that, enter the chamber to receive the upgrade.
