Use Spider Magnet to climb the wall and Grapple Beam to reach the ceiling to get this power up.

Head up to this area using the Grapple Beam. Break the Power Beam, Bomb, and Missile Blocks quick enough to bring the platform down.
Required Ability: • Spider Magnet • Morph Ball • Varia Suit • Grapple Beam |
Power Bomb Tank 02 |
Once you have the Gravity Suit, go back to Kraid's boss room and slide under the right side. Go through the Morph Ball maze using Bombs to clear the way. Use the Grapple Beam to gain access to the Power Bomb Tank.

Power Bomb Tank 03 |
First destroy the Power Bomb Block. Go to the room to the upper left and use the Speed Booster. Store a Shinespark and slide under the wall in the next room. Drop down and turn into a Morph Ball, follow the path until you can drop down and unleash the Shinespark to get this Power Bomb Tank.

From the Elevator room in that connects to Artaria, shoot the left wall. Use the Grapple Beam to reach the ceiling and use Missiles to clear the way to the Power Bomb Tank.

Use Cross Bombs to clear the gap and get this Power Bomb Tank.

Use a Powerbomb on the Powerbomb Block toward the bottom of the map. Charge up a Shinespark starting from the bottom left corner of Burenia and store it before sliding and dropping down. Release the Shinespark aiming right to get this Power Bomb Tank.

Start in the room before to store a Shinespark. As soon as it's stored stop, turn into a Morph Ball and bomb the floor. Next, while in Morph Ball mode, unleash your Shinespark downward to break the Speed Booster Blocks.

Power Bomb Tanks upgrades that increase the maximum capacity of Power Bombs that Samus can hold by +1.
Power Bomb Tanks are located in different parts of the map and will usually require a puzzle to be solved to reach them. It is recommended that you pick these tanks up when you have the required abilities to get them.
Note: It is possible to pick up some of these tanks before you are able to use them.
The Speed Booster and Shinespark may be needed to get some of these Power Bomb Tanks. The puzzles will require a combination of perfect timing, movement, and positioning to solve them and obtain the Power Bomb Tanks.
