A great way to avoid the Green EMMI is to hide from it and use Phantom Cloak along with the Spider Magnet. The best strategic areas for this are big spaces with areas that have magnetic surfaces for you to cling to and avoid detection as shown on the encircled areas on the map above.

Unlike the White EMMI you encountered before, sliding under narrow spaces will not provide increase particularly help you escape since this EMMI and others after it have the ability to crawl through small spaces.

Use Long Hallways to Charge the Omega Cannon

You can melt its armor down by spraying it with the Omega Stream. The best place to bring down its defenses is long hallways such as the ones encircled above. After melting its armor off, you can finish it off by charging up your Omega Blaster and aiming at its head.
