Avoid the Purple Bubble

The purple bubble can go through walls and rooms, and it will stun you once it hits you. It is best to avoid the Purple EMMI by using stealth like Phantom Cloak with the Morph Ball. If you are detected, the Flash Shift can be a good tool to avoid getting hit and stunned.

Recommended Area to Charge the Omega Cannon

You can melt its armor down by spraying it with the Omega Stream. The best place to bring down its defenses is on the encircled area above. After melting its armor off, you can finish it off by charging up your Omega Blaster and aiming at its head.

You will need to use the Flash Shift Ability here 3 times to dash past two different shutter platforms here. While the EMMI is closing in, you will have just enough time to blast off its shielding and charge the omega blaster.

If the EMMI manages to close in on you before you can break its shielding, use your Spider Magnet to safely escape from the room and close the door behind you. This will reset the EMMI's pathing, which will let you reset the fight at the same position.

Use the Spider Magnet just as the EMMI is halfway inside the room to safely jump down and close the door
