Codex Description This experimental Riotbot uses phase shifting technology to bypass walls, doors - basically anything in it's way.
It is also invulnerable when phased and uses the ability to avoid taking damage.

I'm fighting a phase riotbot with captain america in training round 3. Every single attack is red. You say to parry but here is your sites description on parry. "Monitor Your Markers There are times when off-screen markers will appear in game (either in blue or yellow colors). These attacks can be parried, but keep in mind that red colored attacks cannot! They can, however, be dodged." Is it a bug? Do phasebots ever throw an attack that isn't red?
