s1 helps with building her (60% break), and gives utility (sp per ult, more break% for carry). e1 raises the team-dmg and carry-dmg. if you have the pulls, and a lc, go for e1. but it's up to you! good luck with what you decide.

you skipped cyrene when you have castorice and phainon teams that was a bad choice she is crazy good in both of those teams.

i'm no theory crafter. so this are all my views. but i would say that this is up to you, really. if you have the dps, and want to use them? pull her. if you're happy how it is without them? save your pulls.
i got all 3 from the suggested super break team, e0s0 though, If I pull her i could build her team already, but Is it worth if I have the others teams with e2s1 units? Is super break such a niche?

it all comes down to how much do you want break/superbrack back as a real option outside the few fights where it's good as it already was. and, of cause, if you own one of the beak-dps.
