so? Doesn’t change the fact that bronya and sparkle will still be better for hypercarry dps. Being the best doesn’t mean having to beat all the other supports in all categories. Look at bronya, she still has the edge with blade and jingliu just like sparkle will have over robin in hypercarry just like sparkle doesn’t have over rm in duel. “New rotation”? Sure all she’s doing is advancing her teammates on her ult which isn’t each turn. If anything she’s competing with rm for fuel comps.
again she is can save whole team by giving them all whole new rotation which is what no harmony can do rn.

yep but robin advance forward everyone is what gonna put her way above
not really no, robin is more meant for duel carry like ruan mei while bronya and sparkle are for hypercarry since her advance is on ult. Her skill only provides team wide dmg increase like ruan mei. Sparkle is just straight up better than bronya with the only two dps who don’t want her over the other being blade and jingliu. Any other limited dps benefits much more from sparkle and it’s quite obvious.
robin is the real bronya killer. sparkle is mostly bronya sidegrade.
