new players who missed the mail gonna have to pull him on his rerun like usual. not really f2p tbh.
yeah, he just needs a debuffer like pela/welt or even guinifan, equip them with resolution light cone and your done. The other slot can be a second debuffer or support depending on your preference. Not to mention one of his best light cones is in the herta shop. So I would consider him f2p friendly on top of being the best ST dps.
