yea judging character's value only through sales are dumb. characters like luocha is already super meta at e0 without signature lightcone so people dont need to spend much for him. casuals also generally dont pull for limited healer cuz they dont do hard content like moc su. most people who pulled him are meta players.
yup many people have stated they regretted not pulling for him and are hoping for his rerun to come soon, not to mention with the new swarm disaster thing getting more difficult, loucha is turning into a must pull, that loser can cry about his bailu all they want but we all know deep down loucha makes her look like a joke. Also the only facts this guy has are “he sucks” and “low sales” like why don’t we see some showcases of the two? Pretty sure luocha makes bailu look like a joke.

and then you'll see luocha is still going strong cuz huo huo is basically stuck to be played with argenti/erudition in general cuz of her trace. that green healer is basically replaceable by tingyun a 4* . no cleanse, no cc resistance, not sp positive lol, no auto heal. looking like you'll even need to bring another sustain to keep her alive lol dont cry i know youre coping cuz your account is having a hard time without luocha tehee 🙉
