black swan will replace sw in this team. she can apply wind shear. quantum cant apply dot. also build luka instead of sampo if you have both and confused who to build.

Kafka ain't that bad, but i should have save for Imaginary Gey Dan Heng.. Definitely fun, easy to build & play, but if you compared her to Hard Hitter like Seele then well i have a bad news for you. Seele is better & faster for killing thicc MoC bosses.

Do you need to be level 80 for Kafka, Luka, and Sampo? Wasn’t sure if it was the same as elemental mastery in Genshin.
