GNSW is still better, the herta lc is really just slightly better fermata If you want a Herrta lc I'd recommend one of the others as this one isn't especially amazing (unless you have no characters who need any of the others.)
It's good but I'm not certain if it's the best yet, I'm comparing it to "S2 Good night sleep well" and so far gnsw is performing better and doing more dmg, Still I won't judge until I get the herta store cone to S5 first.

you dont need to since only break DoT scales from level while sampo/luka/kafka DoTs from their kit only scales from their atk% and elemental db%. Break DoT and DoT from character's kit itself are very different
hunt is the worst path since you are damaging only one enemy. Most high-hp enemies or bosses are not fighting alone. In the most cases there will be 2+ emeies
