Defeat Cyan Loong on Turtle Island

Cyan Loong can be found in Bitter Lake, Turtle Island. Starting from the shrine there, go right and downwards until you reach the cliff, which is where the Cyan Loong is located.

After defeating Cyan Loong, open the chest to get the Breath of Fire.
