| Zelda, what's that you're wearing? It looks so flappy and fluttery and hard to move in. Conde would trip and fall, wearing that! Not really for jumping around, is it? |
Conde will give you unique comments when wearing the Customary Attire if you talk to him after the events of the Rift on Holy Mount Lanayru main quest.
Finish the From the Heart Side Quest

The Customary Attire can be unlocked after finishing the From the Heart Side Quest. You will need to have completed One Soldier Too Many and Impa's Gift side quest first to unlock this quest. It features the classic Princess Zelda look.
The King will give you the outfit once you successfully rescue Romi, the girl involved in the quest.
