Monster Guts can be sold to a merchant in Shops for 20 Rupees. If you have an excess and don't need them for any smoothies, selling them off can be a decent way to farm some extra rupees.

However, since the Monster Guts ingredient cannot be bought from a merchant, be sure to keep a few around, at least until you have created all of the smoothies it is used as an ingredient for.
