This is a guide to farming Iron Ore in Valheim. Learn how to get Iron Ore quickly, how Iron Ore can be used, and the materials required to craft Iron Ore.

This item seems to exist only as a test item or as a beta alternate version of Scrap Iron, which can be smelted to make Iron.
The Iron Ore has not been confirmed through normal gameplay. It's possible that the Iron Ore will be added in a future update or DLC.
Currently, the only way to obtain the item is to turn on cheat codes by typing devcommands in the F5 console, and use the spawn IronOre command to create the item.

It hasn't been determined if Iron Ores have any purpose in the current version of Valheim. It's likely that a use for Iron Ore will be added in future updates to the game, so check back as more info is added in the future!
