White Skull Gin can be acquired by crafting it in the Distillery. You can unlock the Helm's Distillery after reaching Brigand I and completing a series of Contracts that start with A Covert Initiation.
How to Unlock The Helm and All Facilities
You can acquire White Skull Gin by looting Rogue ships found roaming in the open waters. The best way to encounter Rogue ships is by taking on Attack Contracts from the Supply Network. Make sure to use your Spyglass to check which Rogue ships you can loot White Skull Gin from.
White Skull Gin can be used to craft other Commodities that you can smuggle for a fortune. Check out the Helm's Distillery to check which products you can craft using White Skull Gin.
How to Unlock The Helm and All Facilities
You can accept Contracts that will ask you to supply White Skull Gin to different locations. Doing so will reward you with Pieces of Eight, which you can use to either upgrade your smuggling facilities or purchase rare items at the Black Market.
