The Manager of Le Pont Muet is found in the local tavern of Sainte-Anne. Head past the Commodities trader, up the stairs to the tavern. After a few Main Contracts, you will receive a letter in the mail telling you to talk to the Manager of Le Pont Muet.

During Taking the Helm Contract

After getting the A Covert Initiation contract you receive a letter in your mailbox. Afterwards, you can talk to Yanita Nara to unlock connections in the Helm. For small donation fee of 2500, you can be part of the Helm.

The Supply Network

After completing the initial quest from Yanita Nara, you can now access The Helm's Supply Network. This provides additional contracts that reward you with more supplies, silver, and of course, infamy.

The Distillery

Progressing your contracts with Yanita Nara unlocks the Distillery. It functions the same way as the Refinery in the Den. Refine Sugar Cane and Juniper Berries to White Skull Rum and White Skull Gin, respectively, and deliver them to clients all over the Indian Ocean.

The Order Registry

Unlocking the Distillery also unlocks the Order Registry. This displays daily orders for commodities produced by the Helm. Fulfilling an order yields high rewards, but comes with a risk: Fast Travel is unavailable and other Rogues will try to steal your precious cargo.

The Black Market

Manage upgrades of the Distillery (for Rum) and the Laboratory (for Opium) at the Helm Empire Overview Book found at each Black Market's office.

Sambuk Blueprints

After reaching Cutthroat Infamy, you can now purchase the Sambuk blueprints from either managers and craft a Pyromaniac at a shipwright.
