List of Contents
Skull and Bones requires you to seek out local crafters who you will supply with blueprints and resources, and pay the necessary amount of silver for them to craft weapons and armor, ships, or refine materials!
You can find crafters in Sainte-Anne, as well as Pirate Dens and faction locations across the world.
Profession | Trade |
---|---|
Blacksmith | Weapons and Armor |
Shipwright | Ships and Ship Parts |
Carpenter | Furniture and Loadouts |
Refiner | Refined Materials |
Blacksmiths are the vendors that will create weapons and armor for your ship which includes cannons, mortars, and torpedoes to name a few!
Shipwrights allow you to get new ships to add to your fleet, as well as ship parts to customize your existing ships.
Carpenters can craft furniture that you can use to customize your ship, as well as optimize your loadouts.
Refiners allow you to refine raw materials into Refined Materials which are required for other vendors, such as refining ores into ingots for Blacksmiths.
Local crafters require Blueprints so that they can craft the items and trade goods they provide. These vendors have a selection of blueprints on hand that you can purchase, and you can unlock more by completing contracts for them.
You may also visit merchants from other factions, though you may need to lower your infamy or increase your reputation for that faction before you can buy their blueprints!
You can also find rarer Blueprints by gathering clues and following leads! You can get these clues from local vendors as well as other pirates who may not be as willing to divulge their secrets!
Following these clues will lead to rarer Blueprints that can use to craft stronger weapons, armor, and hard-to-get craftables!
Once you have your blueprints, you'll need to locate resources. Consult your codex to find the locations of raw materials throughout the world.
Next, you'll need to harvest these resources which require different tools to gather from locations.
Tool | Resources |
---|---|
Pickaxe | Used to harvest metal ores from ore deposits |
Saw | Used to harvest wood from trees |
Sickle | Used to harvest fibre crops |
Crowbar | Used to scavenge shipwrecks for different kinds of resources |
Hunting Spear | Used to hunt animals for hides |
Some blueprints require Refined Materials to craft which you can get by bringing the raw materials to a Goods Refiner such Vera Van Wessel.
Below are the currently known raw materials that you can turn into Refined Materials.
Raw Material | Refined Material |
---|---|
Metal Ores | Ingots |
Wood | Planks |
Fibre Crops | Fine Fibres |
Hides | Leathers |
With the blueprints and resources at hand, all you need to do is visit the local crafter to craft the weapon, armor, or ship part!
Keep in mind that it's not just the crafters in Sainte-Anne that you can visit. There are also vendors located in Pirate Dens and faction areas that you can visit, provided that you're in good standing with them!
