Jumping High

To take a 4 Star photo of Tangrowth, go pass through the stone bridge and wait till you reached the first tree on your left. Look behind you and throw an Illumina Orb at Tangrowth.

Make sure you are ready to snap as it leaps high and fast. But, the trick here is to focus the camera just above Tangrowth and wait for it to jump. Take a close-up shot to achieve 4 Star Diamond.
