Both of those statements other than grapple are incorrect.
For the first half you actually want to get the varia suit then do the early grapple/bombs so you can skip phase 2 on kraid. That's the only thing I saw out of order. Also, if you get the gravity suit early you do have to fight experiment 69 or whatever without storm missiles or space jump
I just got all the ending rewards and just wanted to thank this guide for helping me. Steps 27 and 33-37 were annoying. "And that is K N O W L E D G E at work my friends."
Is there somewhere to see past revisions of this route?
For the first three shots, you can shoot much closer to the wall. When the blob starts glowing for the fourth shot, make sure that you are far enough away from the block that falls, as it can crush you instantly. The spacing on the final shot should be such that Samus hits her head on the highest part of the ceiling before shooting. Also, it’s very important to aim slightly downward on the stick for the last shot since Samus will be in a slightly higher position than the blob.
I can’t even do the last shot on step 1, any tips?
Steps 32 - 33 how do you get to the twin chozo soldiers without space jump?
you can shinespark out.
I found it was easier for me to skip the spin jump by using a water bomb jump, then shinesparking up to the cross bombs, THEN going to ferenia and getting an early space jump. You can then take space jump and get screw attack before gravity and skip the entire frozen section of the game.
you can actually skip space jump, all you need to do is use a shinespark to escape

If you do the sequence break to get the gravity suit early without the space jump you can’t get back out
