Nina

Her Lost Child's Tears and I Hate You! skills can dispel buffs with a high chance, stripping away Kaguya's critical hit buff and shield.

I Hate You! can also completely negate Kaguya's debuff retaliation by dispelling Nina's debuffs and inflicting them on Kaguya instead. Nina's AoE attacks can disrupt Kaguya's own AoE damage, while her passives boost her evasion and damage reduction, making her tankier against Kaguya's magic.

However, some of Nina's counters rely on chance or specific conditions, so the effectiveness can vary. Overall, Nina's skillset poses a serious threat to Kaguya's abilities.

Witch Illya

Her Surge of Providence dispels buffs at higher levels, potentially negating Kaguya's critical hit buff. God Curses the Light punishes Kaguya for trying to debuff Illya by dealing bonus damage.
