Obtain the Intermediate Engineer RIG Schematic During Chapter 4

The Intermediate Engineer RIG schematic can be found during Chapter 4, inside the EVA Prep Room at the Water Purification level of the Bridge. This area is accessed while Isaac makes his way to the exterior of the Ishimura in order to calibrate the ADS Cannons.

Bring the Schematic to the Store to Purchase the Suit

To unlock the suit for purchase, go back to any of the Stores on the ship to upload the schematic. Once uploaded, you will need to spend 20000 Credits in order to buy and equip the Level 3 Suit.
