Received during Chapter 4: Obliteration Imminent
You automatically receive Security Clearance Level 2 from Hammond during Chapter 4: Obliteration Imminent.
After rerouting the ADS Cannons in the Bridge Deck, meet Hammond in the Captain’s Nest. During the story cutscene, Hammond upgrades Isaac’s Rig Authorization, granting him Security Clearance Level 2.
