• Force Gun • Flamethrower |
More often than not, you encounter Swarmers in areas where are environmental hazards like explosive cannisters. Use Stasis at exact moments when they are grouped tightly, then take and fire an explosive cannister using kinesis.
The Flamethrower is an efficient weapon when dealing with Swarmers, as it covers a large area of damage and it deals with them fast. Using the Flamethrower's new alternative fire that casts a wall of flames of crowd control, this will block and kill any Swarmer that crosses.
An alternative weapon you can opt when dealing with Swarmers is the Force Gun. In the 2008 game, the Force Gun only looked like it was firing a contrated blast of compressed air that can easily deal with Swarmers, with the addition of electrical blasts in this remake, this makes the Force Gun a viable option against Swarmers.
In sad cases when Isaac has no ammo on his weapons and he encounters Swarmers, they will eat him alive unless he wrestles them off.
