Biography

The Concordance Extraction Corporation (CEC) placed her on a team assigned to investigate the distress call from the USG Ishimura. Kendra Daniels was known to be a Computer Specialist in the USG Kellion.

Aboard the Ishimura

During the mission to investigate the USG Ishimura, their team was attacked by Necromorphs in the flight lounge. Kendra, Isaac, and Zach got separated. Throughout their stay in Ishimura, she maintained contact with Zach and Isaac through their RIG links. She was guiding and assisting Isaac in their journey to repair the ship.

Illusions

As Isaac attempted to purge the Hydroponics area of Wheezers and rid the Ishimura of the Leviathan, Kendra began seeing visions of her little brother in the security cameras. She believed that what she saw were illusions caused by the Marker, given that her little brother was dead.

Kendra added that both the CEC and Hammond could not be trusted, holding them responsible for the terrible events they have experienced aboard the Ishimura.

The Escape

After reaching a consensus about returning the Marker to its source, Kendra reluctantly agreed to help out Isaac and Kyne in their plan to return the alien artifact using an executive shuttle aboard the USG Ishimura. When she reached Hangar Bay alongside Kyne, Kendra boarded the executive shuttle, which was equipped with the Marker by Isaac.

When Isaac finally reached the boarding platform, Kendra shot Dr. Kyne and launched the shuttle toward space. She later revealed herself as an EarthGov agent tasked with acquiring the Marker and bringing it to her employers. Kendra also divulged that the Marker was not an alien artifact but an experiment built by human scientists.

Failed Attempt

In her revelations, Kendra revealed that the Marker onboard the executive shuttle was a duplication of the original Marker found long ago. She further explained that experiments were being held on Aegis VII to validate the effects of the red Marker. Kendra admitted to being skeptical towards the reports she found regarding the Marker until she witnessed the unsettling events aboard the USG Ishimura.

As Kendra bid her farewell and affirmed Isaac's capability to escape the Ishimura by himself, she launched the executive shuttle towards space and continued with her mission. During the flight, Kendra was shocked to learn that the shuttle was being recalled through the remote control system initiated by Isaac aboard the Ishimura. After losing control of the ship, she evacuated the shuttle using an escape pod.

The Revelation

As she saw Isaac preparing to leave the planet, she held Nicole Brennan at gunpoint and forced Isaac to completely watch the video log sent to him by Nicole. After Isaac saw Nicole killing herself in the video log, Kendra revealed that the Nicole she was currently restraining was Elizabeth Cross. She explained that the Marker was manipulating their perception so that they could be manipulated to enact its bidding.

Her End

When she was about to board the escape shuttle, a giant tentacle emerged on the loading platform and wreaked havoc on its surface. It resulted in Kendra being flung toward Isaac, causing her to be incapacitated. As Isaac reached out his hand to help Kendra, she was suddenly trampled down by a tentacle that left her bloody corpse in shambles.
