The main character of the Dead Space Remake. Isaac is an Engineering and Ship Systems Specialist tasked to repair the USG Ishimura with Zach Hammond, Kendra Daniels, Aiden Chen, and Hailey Johnston.

Outside of the mission, Isaac also wanted to visit the USG Ishimura to check on his girlfriend, Nicole Brennan, a medical specialist assigned to the ship.

Dr. Elizabeth Cross is one of the scientists stationed at the Hydroponics deck of the USG Ishimura. During the tragedy that occurred on the ship, she focused on creating an enzyme that could eliminate the Leviathan that took over the ship's Food Storage and poisoned its air. She also actively looked for her boyfriend, Jacob Temple.
